**Unless otherwise directed by the donor, the Razorback Foundation will not award any Priority Points in connection with any gifts to the Cardinal & White, and the gift will be subject to a tax deduction less the fair market value of any benefits provided to the donor. Donors, however, may choose to receive Priority Points for their gift and no tax deduction. The Razorback Foundation does not provide tax or legal advice and encourages donors to contact their personal tax advisors.
Note: Gifts paid over five (5) years with 10% initial down payment to receive benefits outlined above.
