Razorback Foundation Adds Doug Wallace and Hayley Klotz-Dryzga to Staff
FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. – The Razorback Foundation is pleased to announce the hiring of Doug Wallace, Senior Associate Director - Capital Campaign & Major Gifts, and Hayley Klotz-Dryzga, Director of Special Events.
“Doug and Hayley bring a powerful combination of experience, passion, and creativity to the Razorback Foundation,” said Ryan White, Executive Director. “Doug's track record in major gift fundraising and Hayley's ability to create impactful donor experiences position us to better serve Razorback student-athletes and deepen connections with our supporters. Together, they will help elevate our fundraising efforts and create lasting impact for the programs and student-athletes we serve.”
Wallace joins the Razorback Foundation staff from the West Virginia University Mountaineer Athletic Club, where he served as the Associate Athletic Director, leading their Leadership Giving team. There, he contributed to the procurement of more than $240M in private support for WVU Athletics in the past six years. He also led fundraising efforts for the WVU Men's Golf and Baseball programs, including the successful planning and fundraising for a new golf practice facility.
Prior to his time at West Virginia University, Wallace served in various fundraising roles at Marshall University. He graduated from Liberty University, where he lettered in baseball and served as a radio/TV analyst after the conclusion of his athletic eligibility.
“My family and I are incredibly honored to join the Razorback Foundation and be part of an organization so committed to supporting student-athletes and the University of Arkansas,” said Wallace. “The passion of Razorback supporters is unmatched, and I look forward to building relationships with donors and helping advance the Foundation's mission in a meaningful way.”
Klotz-Dryzga will return to Northwest Arkansas after serving as the Event Manager at the Perot Museum of Nature and Science in Dallas for nearly two years. There, she planned and executed corporate, nonprofit and social events for high-profile museum clientele, including the Perot family. Prior to moving to Dallas, Klotz-Dryzga was an assistant manager at the Fayetteville Country Club and event planner assistant at Natasha Gates Events. She is a 2024 graduate of the University of Arkansas and Bentonville, Ark. native.
“Returning to Northwest Arkansas and joining the Razorback Foundation is a special opportunity for me,” said Klotz-Dryzga. “As a proud Arkansas graduate, it means a great deal to contribute to an organization that plays such an important role in supporting Razorback Athletics. I'm excited to help create memorable experiences for our supporters and be part of something bigger than myself.”
Wallace begins May 1 and Klotz-Dryzga's first day will be May 18.
