Season Ticket Renewals

Ticket renewal forms are available online and are generally mailed to all current season ticket holders. Renewal forms will be available several months in advance of the start of the competitive season. Deadlines for renewal will be announced on a per-event basis.

To renew season tickets, members may log in to their online ticket account, drop by the Razorback Ticket Center, or call 800.982.4647 during the renewal period.

Ticket Transfer Guidelines

Members may transfer their seat(s) at any time to immediate family members only; however, the new account holder must meet or exceed the same total dollar amount contributed by the previous account holder to retain the same seating. At the time of transfer, the account must be in good standing and the transfer request must be submitted in writing to the Razorback Foundation.

  • For football and baseball, the new account holder must also meet the required annual member classification for that section as assigned by the Razorback Foundation guidelines.
  • Suites are not eligible for transfer.

Postseason/Away/Neutral Game Tickets

The number of postseason and away game tickets is subject to University of Arkansas allotments and based upon availability. Priority ranking for ticket allocation (including the Southwest Classic in Dallas) is as follows:

  1. Current Foundation members
  2. Non-member season ticket holder (if available)
  3. General public (if available)

All ticket requests are allocated based on Priority Points rank within a member's classification.

Deadlines and Seat Relocation

All seats, in all venues, are subject to relocation when:

  • the previous year's total Annual Fund contribution is not maintained or exceeded regardless of the number of season tickets purchased or which sport(s) a member contributes to*
  • pledges are not received by March 31
  • contributions or payments are not received prior to established deadlines
  • accounts have an outstanding balance from the previous year
  • season ticket renewal deadlines are not met
