Ticket Policies


Members may transfer their tickets and/or account to immediate family members only (parents, current spouse, sons and/or daughters, brothers and/or sisters). The account must be in good standing and the request must be submitted in writing to The Razorback Foundation. To retain the same seating, the new account holder must either meet the required annual member classification for tickets in those respective sections OR contribute the same total dollar amount given by the previous account holder, whichever is greater. Suites, loge boxes and current parking are not eligible for transfer. Please note, changing your account name, adding names to your account, or merging accounts is considered an account transfer and subject to the same policies.

POSTSEASON/SINGLE/AWAY/NEUTRAL TICKETS


Tickets and locations are subject to University of Arkansas allotments, NCAA, SEC and other related guidelines, and based upon availability. Priority ranking for ticket allocation is as follows:

  • Foundation members, sport-specific season ticket holder
  • Foundation members, non-season ticket holders
  • Non-member, sport-specific season ticket holders
  • General public

SEAT RELOCATION


All seats in all venues are subject to relocation when:

  • The previous year's Annual Fund contribution is not maintained or exceeded, regardless of the number of season tickets purchased
  • Season ticket renewal deadlines, annual fund pledge and/or payment deadlines are not met
  • Accounts have an outstanding balance from the previous year
  • Facility renovations and/or construction projects impact seating ticket renewal deadlines are not met facility renovations or construction impact seating

IMPORTANT NOTE

Mobile season tickets will not be delivered to your app until all respective pledge balances are paid in full.
